Evangelism and Discipleship Training Trip – Mvolo, Kila, Bahr el Girindi, Lari, Sudan
In September, 2010 Evangelist Simon Khamis and his 9 person evangelism team traveled northwest to Mvolo, Kila, Bahr el Girindi, and Lari, Sudan. The team left Yei on September 12 and returned on October 16.
The results of what God did through the evangelism team are listed below:

Approximately 65% of the new believers had been animists, and 2% had been Muslims. The JESUS Film was shown in the Moru and Dinka languages to mainly the Moru and Dinka tribes. Follow-up of the new believers will be done by the Evangelical Presbyterian Church, the Sudan Pentecostal Church, and the Episcopal Church of Sudan. A total of 100 Moru bibles were distributed.
Discipleship training was conducted on “Forgiveness”. The main passages used in this teaching were Numbers 14:18 and Exodus 34:7.
